 I’ve helped clients to rediscover and get back on the road filled with the many dreams they've harboured for many years and never dared to give wings to. For some it's been just a wee shift and then the alignment falls into place. For others it's been a need for something more radical and has required deeper work, an intensive of 3-4 days, or a series of sessions to reveal what's been hidden beneath the surface. In most cases, we've had fun mining the discoveries and bringing them to light.

Many people don't know where to start the process of making a lifestyle change. Perhaps you have thought about this change for a long time now, but for any number of reasons you still haven’t tackled it. Perhaps you feel defeated, left with an ailing self-image or a sense that you may never “get around to it”. It may be a resolution to alter your eating regime or to begin an exercise program.

 It could be now’s the time to change the type of work you do; you may feel challenged to discover which direction to move in and need someone to assist you to define it, to help you with creating your vision and setting the goals, co-design the next steps to take and to coach you through to achieving your goals.

 Sometimes shopping for just the right outfit to wear to your next job interview or even to make a better professional impression on your banker can make all the difference. I take both men and women shopping to create their new look or to enhance a tired and outdated wardrobe.
